Design Search Strategy
We utilize our collective past search experience, but we also deliver fresh research, derived from cold calling into company targets. During our initial client consultation, we will work together to identify and prioritize your hiring objectives. Based on these discussions, we write a position description and identify target companies.
Research – Collecting Fresh Data
We utilize best in class methodology by bringing together exceptional candidates and data, tailored to each client’s needs. We draw on our collective past search experience, but we also deliver fresh research for every search because it’s absolutely critical to the success of the search.
We then begin candidate identification, through cold calling into our target companies, social media and networking sites and cull our pool of potential candidates. We start by qualifying and evaluating candidates through extensive phone interviews, and once we have arrived at the short list, we then begin in-depth, personal interviews and extensive reference checks.
21 Day Assessment
By Day 21, we check in with you to make sure we are on the right path and the team is aligned. We want to make sure our calibration candidates hit the target and we’re all working in lockstep together.

Garrett Search Partners archives all data for every search, so as your organization grows, we are able to launch additional search assignments with accelerated momentum. As a client, you will receive real time status reports on our progress along with market intelligence.
We partner with our clients through every step in the search life cycle and our process is meticulous.
We get the job done right the first time, which is why every search is guaranteed for one year. If a candidate we have placed does not, for any reason, remain with your firm for a one year period we will conduct the assignment again, billing only for expenses. Because we’re always looking for ways to improve performance, we value the input we receive through our Client survey at the conclusion of the search.
