Chelsea Garrett Teschner recruits senior level executives for international corporations across all

July 2003, Garrett Search Partners is a fully retained executive search firm serving a broad range of
multinational clients across North and Latin America.
Previously, Chelsea was Vice President of JobPlex, a subsidiary of DHR International. Prior to
JobPlex, Chelsea was with Slayton International, where she focused on the execution of C-levels
searches in the Automotive, Energy, Technology, Manufacturing, Consumer Products and Financial
Services industries for a broad range of large multinational organizations.
Chelsea also spent several years with AmBit Technology, Inc., a nationwide technology search firm
and subsidiary of engineering and construction giant, Fluor Corporation. There she worked in both
the Dallas and Atlanta markets recruiting senior level information technology professionals,
managed a recruiting team, and led strategic business development initiatives for the firm.
Throughout her search career, Garrett has built an outstanding reputation for sourcing top
performers and has been awarded numerous sales achievements and awards for her performance
in building strategic accounts and revenue growth.

As Executive Vice President of Garrett Search Partners, Kevin Teschner joined the firm in 2006 and
specializes in the placement of Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Durables and Financial Services
executives across North America. Kevin oversees Garrett Search Partners research team and
operations.
Before joining Garrett Search Partners, Kevin held senior level sales and marketing positions with
two leading Chicago commercial and residential construction firms. His involvement with his
previous organizations included operations, strategic and business planning, recruitment, change
management, and leadership development. Over his 14 year career in the industrial arena, Kevin
built two sales organizations from the ground floor and has developed a well earned reputation
for building high performance teams and driving revenue.
Kevin holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Northeastern Illinois
University. He and his family live in the Chicago area.
