Prior to founding Garrett Search Partners in 2003, Chelsea worked for two top 10 international executive search firms. Throughout her 23 year career, she continues to focus on the execution of Board, C-level, Vice President, and Director searches in the Automotive, Aerospace, Chemicals, Consumer Products, Energy, Industrial Manufacturers, and Technology sectors for a broad range of small, mid-market, and Fortune 100 organizations including public, private and PE backed multinational firms.
Since 1997, Chelsea has successfully recruited over 625+ executive level searches across all functional areas and built an exceptional reputation for sourcing top performing executive teams, assessing executive talent and consistently delivering “best in class" candidate slates.
